simple and natural skin care tips that can help you in achieving the clear and
radiant skin. The first thing is, we should take care of our skin not only from outside but also from inside.
Tip 1: A healthy balanced diet plays an important role in
improving the health of our skin. Taking lots of vegetables and fruits in our
diet is not only good for health but also good for our skin. Eating food rich in
Vitamins and minerals helps in giving a flawless skin. So, taking 2-3 portions of
fresh fruits and vegetables daily will help us in making our skin healthy and radiant.

Tip 2: The second important secret
for having a good glowing skin is to hydrate the body from within by drinking lots
and lots of water and liquids. Make sure to drink at least 8-9 glasses of water,
as it not only hydrates the body but also relieves constipation problem, which
is one of the main reasons for causing the acne and pimples.
Tip 3: Exercising for at least
20 minutes, 5 times a week will help in expelling out the toxins from the body
through sweating. Exercise also improves blood circulation, digestion and strengthens
the muscles, which in turn helps in toning the body, thereby helping in making
you look younger than your age, by preventing sagging of skin.

Along with these, follow some
simple home remedies that can help in
reducing some common skin problems like acne, sun tan, dark circles, black
heads, dark lips etc.,
For Removing Sun Tan: Mix
some cucumber juice to a spoon of sandal wood powder to make a paste. Apply
this paste to the face and other areas on the body which is tanned. Allow it to
stay on the face for 15 minutes and wash it off with normal water. Do this at
least 3 times a week to see visible results.
For Reducing Acne and blemishes:
In a tbsp of mint juice add few drops of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to the
face and leave it for 30-40 mins and then wash. Following this regularly for at
least 15 days to see the result.
For Removing Black Heads: Mix
equal parts of cinnamon powder and honey. Apply this mixture to the affected
area and leave it for one hour and then rinse with normal water. This is one of
the most effective ways to remove black heads easily at home.
For Dark Circles: Apply potato
juice to the under eye area and leave it overnight. Wash it in the morning with
some cold water. It not only reduces dark circles, but also reduces puffiness
around the eyes.
For Dark Lips: Apply a
mixture of honey, lemon juice and rose water to the lips every night before
going to sleep. Do this regularly for 1 month to see the visible lightening of
lips.
