tips to keep our Teeth Strong and Healthy. Many of us take enough care of our
health and body but ignore the health of our teeth, which is actually the most

1) Brush at least twice a day: It is

paste contains good amount of fluoride in it!
4) Eat Foods That Protect Enamel: Eating
the foods that are rich in calcium, counters acids released by other foods, thereby
protecting the enamel by preventing the cavities.
5) Limit Foods Rich in Sugars : Foods and drinks like
chocolates, cookies, soft drinks, chewy candies etc., are rich in sugars
and so bacteria feed on this sugar and convert them to acids, which softens
enamel and damages it. So , better to limit the foods like these to protect the
enamel.
6) Keep Flossing: Flossing helps in removing
food particles, plaque, bacteria that hides in between our teeth, which our
tooth brush cannot take. Flossing once a day helps in preventing cavities to a
large extent.
7) Use Anti-Bacterial Mouth Wash : Using
an Anti-Bacterial mouth wash after brushing and flossing helps in removing the
debris from the mouth and contribute in oral hygiene. Find a dentist and ask them to prescribe a
right mouthwash basing on your teeth condition.
8) Tongue Cleaning: Cleaning the tongue
along without teeth is not only important for maintaining oral hygiene but also
for preventing bad breath.
9) Get Regular Checkups: Going to a Dental hospital for a checkup once every 6
months is important and having regular cleaning sections helps in preventing
plaque formation and gum diseases.
